- Avoid repeated throttle to prevent sinking deeper.
- Deflate tires slightly if appropriate (per manufacturer advice).
- Send a site photo and track directions for faster access.
Safety & Guidelines
Our goal is to tow/transport with top safety standards and clear steps before, during, and after loading. Follow these tips to speed up service and reduce risks.
Before We Arrive
- Park in the safest possible spot and turn on hazard lights.
- Share live location via WhatsApp and specify drop-off location.
- Engage parking brake and switch off the engine unless advised otherwise.
- Remove low accessories where possible (diffusers/splitters).
- Remove valuables and keep vehicle documents with you.
Loading Guidelines
- Follow the operator’s instructions and keep a safe distance.
- We use low ramp angles and padded tie-downs to protect paintwork.
- For low/modified cars: we prefer flatbed loading whenever possible.
- Take quick photos before/after loading for transparency.
Special Cases: Sand/Caravans/EV
Caravans & Trailers
- Disconnect electricity/gas and secure doors/windows.
- Provide approximate weight and available tow/anchor points.
- Clear access in front/back of caravan for safe maneuvering.
EV/Hybrid Vehicles
- Enable Tow/Transport Mode if available.
- No wheel-lift if it violates manufacturer guidance.
- Keep charger and key/card available if system access is needed.
Children/Pets/Cargo
- Do not leave children/pets inside during loading.
- Secure any loose interior cargo.
- Remove fragile or valuable items.
After Drop-off
- Inspect tie-down points and protections after release.
- Take delivery photos at the new location as reference.
- Test vehicle start or charging if EV.
