Scope of Service

• Vehicle towing/transport, basic roadside help (jumpstart/tire/fuel/lockout).
• Coverage across all UAE emirates; availability depends on area/traffic.
• We may dispatch vetted partner operators when needed.

Pricing & Payment

• Price is confirmed upfront based on distance, vehicle class, and conditions.
• Additional fees may apply: gates/parking/tolls/extra waiting/special gear.
• Payment on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

• Visible pre-existing damage is documented; we are not liable for prior damage.
• Client must disclose modifications/low clearance/mechanical issues.
• Our liability is limited to the service fee unless otherwise mandated by law.

Access & Safety

• Provide adequate space for safe loading (ramp/straps/clear path).
• We may refuse operations in unsafe environments for crew/public.
• Client handles permissions/clearances within private premises.

Cancellation & Waiting Time

• Post-dispatch cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
• Includes standard waiting; extra fees may apply beyond a threshold.

Desert/Sand Recovery

Sand/desert recoveries require special risk assessment and may need extra gear. Site-related risks (deep bog, tide, dunes) remain the vehicle owner’s responsibility.

EV/Hybrid Vehicles

We use flatbed methods when possible. Wheel-lift towing may be refused if against manufacturer guidance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes are resolved amicably first, then via competent UAE authorities.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/non-performance due to events beyond control (severe weather, road closures, sudden breakdowns, etc.).
